ILTE Promo is structured into 3 organisational units, each of which is specialised in a particular stage of the development process, and which in turn is comprised of a number of offices dedicated to specific activities.
- Accounting: It is responsible for Customer support and market research, i.e. the investigation of market trends in the fields of technology, fashion, design and lifestyle.
- Production: it is responsible for design and personalisation of articles, from both the technical and the creative standpoint, and for their production in conformance with the design specifications and the required safety certifications.
- Importation: it is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met and for the sourcing of imports in accordance with the agreed delivery time schedules.

ILTE Promo, which has always worked with respect for the environment, is a member of the RE.MEDIA consortium – which manages the collection, the treatment and recycling of Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipments (WEEE) – as well as the AEE register, in accordance with Italian regulations.
